The project is funded through the Small Grants Program "Active Citizens for a Healthy Environment and Green Justice," part of the broader initiative "Green Justice for a Protected Environment and Sustainable Communities in the Republic of Moldova," implemented by EcoContact with the financial support of Sweden.

Launched on March 2, the project aims to promote ecological tourism to ensure the protection of rare fauna and cultural heritage within the rocky habitats of the "Orheiul Vechi" Cultural-Natural Reservation.

During the first field mission, partnerships with Reservation staff were strengthened, and the mammalian and avian fauna in the rocky habitats were evaluated.
